"I booked this hotel for a relaxing weekend for my sister’s birthday, and it was just that! From the complimentary snacks and free bottle of wine—to the quiet room, fireplace and beautiful shower. It was exactly what we were looking for. The staff were very accommodating and the room was extremely clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back! "

"All staff were great and kind to us except one. Austin at the waterfront bar. He was rude, expected us to know what we wanted to order the second we sat down. Rolled his eyes, processed to ignore us and served/check on other customers. When we asked him to break a $20 he again rolled his eyes. The bartender Thomas at the westbar was an absolute joy to see and speak too. One of our favorites to see at the end of the day. Wish the massages didn’t fill up so fast but understandable. The extra activities to do at night is awesome! Example: fire pits outside. Enjoyed the live music, karaoke, piano being played everywhere we went (beautiful). Food was amazing! Drinks were perfect! Respect to privacy was greatly appreciated. Appreciate the ability to have an escape away from children. (The adults only spa pool area). Hottub got warm enough after the jets were turned on. In the adults only spa area. "

"Great house. Close location to Lake Geneva. Perfect for the 5 of us. Since it was cold, didn’t get to use the deck or backyard, but a very nice setup in the yard."

"Wonderful property and one of the cleanest I’ve stayed in! It was convenient to Lake Geneva and many of the other charming little towns around the lake. Plenty of parking and everything we needed was equipped within the unit. Would recommend this home to families or friends looking for a long weekend getaway for sure!"
