"We did a last minute stay and chose a hotel close to our destination. Sad to say not all La Quinta have the same hospitality. Only helpful person was receptionist at night time(she was super nice ) Didn’t see any house keeping for the two nights there. Room smelled sometimes like dog and hallway close to elevator smelled like cigarettes (even though there’s a no smoking sign.) Breakfast was all gone by 8:30 on Friday. Breakfast lady wasn’t nice about it either and even said “oh well that’s too bad it’s almost 9” in her language. Second night they seem to run out of everything again. People would ask for forks ,butter and sugar and she will say there’s no more. If we would have extended our trip we would have definitely left to a different hotel.. "

"The breakfast had very few choices. The property seems to be old. The room had distinct smell and tried to hide by spraying air freshener."

"I spent a significant amount to stay here, but unfortunately the quality of service did not meet my expectations. I booked my room months in advance and specifically requested a nice view, yet I was assigned a room on the lowest floor, far from the main compound. The restaurant service was also disappointing, as there were repeated issues with our orders and it often felt like our concerns were overlooked rather than addressed. The spa service was average at best. While the property itself has a beautiful view, the overall level of service did not match the standard I expected for the price paid."

"Property was clean, large stain in room 222 on carpet, not much room to stretch and do floor exercises in the tiny gym, not impressed with breakfast especially on the weekend. Staff is always amazing throughout the day and evening. Wish they had microwaves in each room for late night meals. Bar was never really open while there. Pool was closed for maintenance. Overall quite and clean facility. Love the guest visitors bathrooms upon entering the facility. Back main entrance door is broken."
