"Great stay, great home and great hosts. Communication level awesome with quick responses. Resort offered so much for our family especially the grandkids! Only recommendation would be and outdoor shower in back when returning from beach etc. helpful with sand vs. the garden hose. Overall great and hats off again to an awesome home! Thanks!!!!"

"Location is great. But maintenance is badly needed. There are some real safety hazards unfortunately. The tv in the main living room is mounted in probably the most unsafe way I’ve ever seen. (Screws *through* the small plastic feet that come with tv is what is preventing it from crashing onto someone’s head. God forbid a small child. The metal grills in the gas oven don’t fit that appliance, so if you place food on it, it will fall into the oven. Please make sure there’s no oil in whatever pot/pan you’re using. We’d planned/hoped to do most of our cooking outside. But we couldn’t. The outdoor grill is gas/propane and I assume you’d have to bring/buy your own tank because the one that was there when we stayed was rusted and empty. Why there isn’t a simple charcoal grill back there is one of the dozen mysteries we pondered throughout our stay. Some of the tables, including the main dining table are unstable, using improper screws and not the right amount of screws. Look, we didn’t expect a luxury stay. It was a last minute Memorial Day Weekend booking because of a family issue that required us to stay closer to home. But the lack of care goes a bit too far when you’re concerned about the safety of the kids in the house. The property itself has a ton of potential. A ton. But in its current state, it’s not a good option for families with kids."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time with our kids and our grandkids. Plenty of room for all in this house."

"The Pink House has everything! Our family had 16 people and we all felt this house was perfect. The kids playroom downstairs was very popular with our 3 littles. The kitchen/living room was large and we could all be together without being on top of each other. The screened front porch was used all day long. We enjoyed the pool area, the beach, golf cart rides, and walking the neighborhood. The kitchen was so well equipped, it amazed us all. Everything thing we needed and more. Having beach towels and chairs available was a big plus. We will be returning!"

"We had a multigenerational family get together at East of the Sun. Overall it was a wonderful stay. Host(s) had prompt communication and the golf cart is a certain bonus! It was a tight fit for 13 (9 adults) as far as bedrooms BUT we knew it would be. Always look at pictures (they were accurate). They have several fans for use which came in handy. They do not have any air mattresses (so bring your own if needed). Showers worked well. I agree with other reviews the mattresses were very comfortable for most guests. Again though, this is not the Ritz Carlton and this property overall is priced well considering the space it does have. All of the children loved the basement with the microphones/karaoke stage. Shared firepit between three houses, but we had no issues with that. Overall great price for what is provided!"
