Clean, comfy bed, smelled like cinnamon when we first walked in. All the bad reviews you see about this place are Karen’s who should have picked a more expensive hotel. Yes it is outdated, but it’s literally 60$. The only problem we had was the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. Great place to stay if your not picky and you just want a clean room to sleep in.

I was there for the weekend , they cleaned our garbages on Saturday but didn't clean the coffee maker . They have a smoke alarm above the door , it had a flashing light in it that constantly woke me up during the night ! Very annoying !

The property is well located close to Lake George. It’s an older property, however appears to be well kept. What stood out for me was the customer service. Ali was excellent and a pleasure to deal with.

Decent stopover spot.
Larger room with king bed was nice. Everything worked and bed was relatively comfortable and clean. Quite location and price was reasonable

older rooms in need of an upgrade.
Unfortunately we were in the older part of the motel. The rooms are in need of a an upgrade espically the bathroom. It was clean though. but next day all she did was make the bed I had to ask for clean towels and coffee to be replaced . did not clean bathroom. Also Had a disrepiceny on price already paid.

Stayed here for one night as my family was staying at a resort in Bolton Landing about 9 mins away. Greeted very nicey and my room was upgraded from a queen to a king without charge. Fridge in room, located right by the village. Very good prices.

The Fran Cove is very pleasant and located away from the bustle of downtown. It's a pleasant walk into town but if you're out of shgape, keep in mind it's all uphill once you head back! My streamside room was clean and comfy and the only (minor) complaint is the postage stamp-sized TV.

I showed up but the place was a joke, dirty and the people from the office standing around waiting for people to show up, very creepy, owner starea at you andy you feel very uncomfortable. I seen enough. We left.

You just lied to us . told us you’re going to the campground staying with your friend and you want me to charge you a cancellation fee on the other end you call the credit card company to cancel the your credit card.

Overpriced outdated motel. Mattress and pillows are extremely uncomfortable and overdue for replacement. We could hear every step of our upstairs neighbors. Overall very bad value for money. Location was ok.

Check in was ok. We were told we were in one of the only second floor rooms when I asked about staying on the ground level like I had planned I was told it would be a up charge of almost $40 for the one night. Then the man commented on how I should be happy I got a really good deal on the room I was getting. Which was fine until we walked into the room. The room was hot and the bed was an extremely uncomfortable spring mattress. We just remembered yourselves it was just for one night. The local of the hotel was good. Not as close as I thought to the lake but still not bad. Fir the money overall good stay.

Nasty dirty motel greedy owners that do no repair
Eww dirty. Room had a musty odor to it. Holes in wall. Very outdated. Lifted the sheets to see a dirty old mattress. No microwave in room it was outside near vending machines where there was a post that was just hanging out of the ground extremely dangerous. There’s a big house on the property I see the greedy owner is putting all his money into the house instead of updating the filthy motel he owns. Only one outlet in the room worked air conditioner barely worked no screen in the bathroom window. Front desk staff acted like I was bothering him to ask questions and check in…like aren’t you getting paid to do that?? He was too busy walking around and switching his ass even though nobody was checking for him lol. Don’t reserve this place you’ll want to scrub your body after stepping foot in that dirty place
