We found the house perfect. Everything is well cared for and tidy. The kitchen was stocked with all the pans and utensils to make it our meals. There were plenty of towels and snuggle blankets. We enjoyed sitting on the porch in the rocking chairs and visiting. The owners are available to you and respond quickly.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was in excellent condition and the hosts went above and beyond to welcome us and help us celebrate a family birthday. One of the best vrbo hosts we’ve experienced!

Great Stay

This was a great home for our family vacation. The location is the perfect distance from both Bolton Landing and Lake George. The home is clean, cozy, and well maintained. Communications from and with Katherine & Kevin were timely and quick. Everything was exactly as listed and one of the best VRBO locations we have booked.

Yellow Farmhouse in Lake George

Super cozy, warm and inviting. So many personal touches made it feel like home away from home. Short drive to village of LG. Katherine and Kevin were amazing hosts. Would definitely stay again 😊

Relaxing getaway

The cleanliness and communication with host was wonderful. Location was good. Would definitely go back. It was a little close to road so a bit noisy sitting on front porch. But had a deck off master bedroom in back of house which was enjoyable.

Cozy & Quaint

This charming house was exactly what we were looking for during a winter weekend in the Adirondacks. It was centrally located and well-appointed. We visited with four adults and we were very comfortable in the two master bedrooms. I would love to return with my kids to take advantage of the sweet children’s rooms upstairs!

Cozy sums it up!!!

Katherine was a wonderful hostess and had her home all cozy with glimmering candles and fireplace all aglow upon our arrival! The kitchen was fully equipped which made for nice at-home meals for us 4 besties to sip wine and catch up. We all had our own bedroom and plenty of bathrooms which was very convenient. The house was clean and so cozy which was exactly what we wanted for our trip to Lake George. We only wished we booked for a longer trip and will certainly return!!!

Great stay in Lake George!

We came for a weeklong family vacation to Lake George. There is easy access to all of the area’s amenities with a short drive. Literally about 5 minutes to Lake George Village, or 15 minutes up to Bolton Landing. With cozy in the title we were expecting a small house, but it was spacious and comfortable for our family of 6! There is a nice dining room (great for a family game night or meal!), and also space to sit in the kitchen around the island. The bedrooms were comfortable, with plenty of pillows. There are also some lovely outdoor spaces including a large porch, back deck, fire pit with seating, and grill! The house was very clean and included basics for the week, such as toiletries and linens. We would happily stay at this property again in the future!

Comfortable relaxing stay

We had a wonderful time staying at this cozy yellow farmhouse! To start, the location is great, just a few minutes drive to the shops and restaurants of Lake George Village and also close to Bolton Landing, a beautiful town. There are several beaches in the area to choose from, all great! The house is very clean, the kitchen is well equipped, the bedrooms are very comfortable (2 masters, both with a full ensuite bath, one downstairs and one on the second floor) a bunk room and a twin room. My husband and I, our daughter and son-in-law and our 14 year old grandson and his friend were all so comfortable and relaxed. There’s a wrap-around front porch with rocking and Adirondack chairs that quickly became our favorite spot for morning coffee. The backyard is very large, with total privacy (which is something you don’t often get in a lake house). Lawn games, an outside grill, large picnic table, and fire pit provide all you need for a wonderful vacation. Katherine is a friendly host, offering open communication if we had any questions. This is a 5 star vacation home in every way! We can’t wait to return!!

Sisterhood weekend

We wanted to explore the Lake George area and needed a central location as our base. The farmhouse was just right. Equidistant between Lake G. Village and Bolton Landing. The biggest surprise was the Hyde Collection in nearby Glens Falls. Old masters and unexpected installations of great interest. Hey change seasonally. The towns Strawberry Festival was an added bonus to our Glens Falls visit.

Beautiful farmhouse close to everything you need.

We stayed here as a group of 6 which is max. The house is beautiful and comes with everything you need. It’s close the LG village and Bolton so you are never far away from where you need to be!

The coziest most adorable home!

I came here for my bachelorette party and had the most amazing time with my friends! The location is perfect and central to all the fun things in Lake George. The house was immaculately cleaned and equipped with everything we would ever need for our stay (the coffee bar was our favorite part.) There were so many little touches that made it feel very comfortable, and we felt so well taken care of in this beautiful home! I can’t recommend it enough :)

Fantastic house
