"The room was clean and they welcomed my small dog. I know it was off season but I booked this place cause it had a lounge area but that was not available all weekend . The ice machine didn’t work on floor 2 . It was a nice place. "

"The room I was assigned had not been cleaned well, phone didn't work, and the window was broken. I went to the front desk and was immediately assigned a different room. The rest of my stay was great."

"Rooms where dirty there was empty bottles on the floor between the wall and bed the comforter was stained the sheets where dirty didn’t look they they where changed and had crumbs on them "

"Perfect location to ski at Gore and explore Lake George village with hassle-free parking, clean rooms, and good amenities for pets. The breakfast was weak, but staff were super helpful, friendly, and available. Proximity to grocery store made the minimal breakfast not an issue. "
