"The staff and everybody was friendly. The hotel was very clean. I loved the soccer theme (never seen that before in a hotel). The only thing that was a little uncomfortable was going up and down the stairs with heavy luggage. I recommend down the line putting a small elevator. Other than that everything else was amazing. Great experience."

"Room was missing a few items, but were provided soon after making a call. The furniture is a bit dated and the couch was stained terribly. Hallways and interior walking areas were not as clean but the grounds of the property were immaculate. My kids enjoyed all of the amenities- arcade, pool, and water park. It was a reasonable accommodation for the price paid. Even with the aforementioned, I would be willing to stay again just for the spacious size of the room, stayed in a 3bdrm, 3 bath suite."

"The hotel was clean, and we really enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable but could do with a little refreshing. The carpet would benefit from a deep clean, and the shower was a little outdated with low water pressure, although it wasn’t a major issue for us. The shower tap was quite difficult to turn at first, but we soon got used to it. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was cleaned daily, which we really appreciated. The location was excellent and made it easy to get around. I would have happily given the hotel 5 stars if the few maintenance issues I mentioned had been addressed. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again."
