"Stayed 4 nights over my grandsons birthday. Changed from nearby hotel to this one solely due to advertised indoor heated poo. Pool as well as the room it was in was freezing making it unusable. My adult daughter mentioned this fact to the front desk only to be told we could pack up and go to another property if we weren’t happy. Not good customer service!
