"Been to Knysna now on many times, stayed in various types of accommodation within the town, very impressed with this hotel, ideal for walking around town, the marina and it's location is great, ideal for walking to many of the towns restaurants' and bars. Would certainly recommend this hotel. Staff were really helpful, breakfast was fine although there are many cafe's around the hotel should one want any alternative breakfast, although what we had was fine."

Very friendly owners who gave me some ideas on what to see and where to go, very helpful. Nice room, clean and has all you need for an overnight stay. I stayed up stairs with a view of the water. Property just out of town so you would need transport or Uber if you wanted to eat and drink in town. Would stay again, if I was coming back to South Africa.

We had a lovely stay. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. We only gave them notice about my friends dietary requiremenrs when we checked in late afternoon and they went out of their way to have options available the next morning for breakfast. The view from the bedroom and lounge where breakfast is served was amazing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this elegant, tranquil hotel. What a surprising discovery! Understated luxury within walking distance of the waterfront and not much further to the town centre. Quietly efficient and friendly service. Most comfortable bed in years. This will be a fixture on future visits to this charming part of the country.
