"Beautiful home in a gorgeous setting. If you want to be away from the crowds, this is the place! Puamana is a gem and showcases the beauty of the islands. The home is very clean with a modern kitchen. The family room and master bedroom are a stone's throw from the ocean, with sounds of the surf creating a very relaxing environment. Even with parts of Lahaina still rebuilding, there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and the best of West Maui is less than 20 minutes away (you have to visit The Gazebo for breakfast or brunch!). The hosts were very kind and quick to respond. We loved our four-night stay and wished we could have stayed longer!"

"The house itself is beautiful, comfortable, all accommodations you need for a great stay. My kids loved the provided toys and books. The property and location on the island is amazing. The 2 pools were great within the puamana complex and the ocean just a short walk for sunrise and sunset or to watch the surfers. The biggest con, and I feel like it’s was understated by previous reviewers, is the constant highway noise. The house is within 50 ft of a major highway, and it sadly just ruined our enjoyment of the lanai and outdoor space. The downstairs bedroom is quiet and insulated but you could hear the traffic noise all night upstairs in the loft. If you’re planning on being out exploring the island all day or use to city noise maybe this is the house for you but it was just so loud and distracting, we had a hard time even maintaining a conversation outdoors. It really put a damper on our whole trip, with little kids we had planned on spending a lot of time enjoying and relaxing in a beautiful place and we just didn’t get to experience that. We’d come back to the Puamana complex in a heartbeat though just much further from the road."

"We loved the unit we stayed in. We could watch whales right from our patio. The view was beautiful. We were there while Maui got epic rains and it was nice that the management team checked on us. Would definitely recommend!"

"Gorgeous Property, impeccably clean and very well located. My family and I loved the layout of the house, its proximity to the beach and the wonderfully laid out kitchen. It was an excellent spot for us to base out exploration of the whole of Maui. The place is perfect for a family or a group of friends. It has every amenity such as a washer dryer, full kitchen, WiFi, individual room AC, and a dedicated reserved parking spot large enough for a Chevy Tahoe."

"The property and rooms are very nice. Very lush and beautiful landscaping and easy walk to the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The issues that we had is that the air conditioner in the room was either not working properly, or undersized for the room. We had it set at 68 and it was hot in the room. We tried to turn it down to 66 and eventually 64, and I have a temp meter and the room was reading 80 degrees at night. It was very uncomfortable to sleep. We couldn't open the windows because all of the screen were either not there, or bent and it let in mosquitos. That was the biggest hang up to making this trip 5 stars."

"Condo was very nice - Dave the property manage was very quick to respond to any and all questions. The ocean view was worth it! We did see a turtle every evening, one evening saw a whale with her calf, and was able to see the Atlantis submarine. Air conditioners in each bedroom that you could set. Was a perfect place and would come back to this same spot again!!!"

"Yes...the kitchen was well equipped and very clean, plenty of glassware, dishes, and 2 coffee makers.Parking was fine, we had 2 cars and never had a problem. The condo was spotless and very comfortable for the 8 of us."
