This retreat offers the perfect blend of luxury and location, putting you just steps away from the beach and minutes from local dining and activities.

Please be respectful of our neighbors. We are in the Lahaina fire burn zone. We have been closed for more than two years. We are just starting to welcome guests back.

Please remember that precious lives were lost, childhood homes destroyed, and devastating destruction was experienced just steps away from our front doors. Lasting trauma is still felt by those affected. Please do not STARE AT, OR TAKE PICTURES of the neighborhood surrounding our property. Our neighbors are still healing and are very sensitive to visitors being in the area. Please, we urge you, be respectful of their privacy. Never walk or drive on any roads that are blocked off, or marked as "local traffic only" - this means that only residents are permitted in the area.

Welcome to our “little gem!” We are very excited to share our special space with you. Wake up to the gorgeous view of the West Side Maui Mountains, where you are guaranteed to see many full rainbows during your stay. Or, take the elevator down one level and walk through the lobby and onto the Beach that is protected by two natural reef barriers, so it’s super calm. Watch as the whales go by in the winter! Swim with the turtles! Check out the jumping dolphins!

Please keep the sliding doors shut to keep the AC running. The AC will automatically shut off if the sliding doors are even slightly left ajar. Also, if you leave for an extended period of time, the AC sensors will automatically return the set temperature to 72 degrees Fahrenheit. Note: this automatic system is set up by the HOA to conserve energy.

Aloha! We are a second floor centrally air-conditioned studio spacious for up to two guests with a cozy private lanai that allows you to view the gorgeous West Maui Mountains, from inside the condo. We have newly painted, decorated, and supplied our home away from home in paradise, the heart of Lahaina. We are very excited to share our “gem” with you! There is one pool on site as well as one jacuzzi. Enjoy the swimming pool being only a few steps away! Also, there are two gas BBQ grills with the most convenient one being right next to the pool. Cook and swim at the same time! Snorkel with the Turtles at the World Famous Lahaina Beach that is only a short walk away through the lobby!

Here are just a few amenities that we hope you will enjoy: - one cal king bed - porcelain tile flooring throughout entire condo and lanai - all new fully equipped kitchen includes new dishes, silverware, cutlery and utensils, glassware, Tupperware, pots, pans, and marble kitchen accessories, etc. - new full size stainless steel refrigerator - smart plugs - beach wagon - ice chest - beach chairs and beach umbrella - pool toys - beach toys - new 50 in. flat screen smart TV - walk-in shower - upgraded free high speed internet and cable

NOTE: AT time of check-in, Lahaina shores will charge you directly a fee of $15.00 per day for parking. I do not pay these fees nor collect these fees, on your behalf. Lahaina Shores will also charge $100 refundable credit card hold for any incidentals - like smoking or not returning the parking lot card key or the room key card.

The laundry room is on every floor just right next to the elevators.

This is a NON-smoking unit. No pets allowed. The condo is professionally cleaned per Hawaii State Laws.

Amazing!

Shelly’s studio was perfect for our weeklong getaway! The property is right on the beach and the condo had everything we needed including cookware, dishware, beach chairs and more! Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The studio is well maintained and comfortable for two. Thank you Shelly for the wonderful experience!

Mountain View Paradise

The room was comfortable for two people. Comfortable King bed, nicely appointed kitchen with full fridge, oven microwave and utensils. The property overall was very clean and accommodating. Large clean pool, hot tub. 3 elevators. Friendly staff. The big take aways though are the views. The Mountain View from the balcony was beautiful. And the large clean beach was nothing short of amazing. There were several places right next door to eat and drink. Betty’s was great. And a short walk to even more. I’ll definitely be coming back here.

VRBO needs to:

Assure info on details of your rentals are provided well in advance and easily accessible on your login. For example VRBO simply notes a couple day before arrival check in info to be posted by the owner This did not happen. It appears all info has to be transmitted by contacting the host. Basic info.... address, direction from, checking, keys, garbage removal etc. Should be posted at your log in lovation .

Downtown Lahaina

We absolutely had a fabulous time at this property!! Everything was so easy and convenient including the check-in, parking, ease of getting to restaurants and shops on Front Street. The pool and beach was just steps out of the condo. The condo unit itself was incredibly clean and nicely furnished. The Mountain View (sunrise) from their back deck was so beautiful!! Everything was 5 star!

We really enjoyed our stay. Definitely hope to be back. Pictures were 100% accurate. Location is wonderful. The resort is a little older, but the ambiance was great. It didn’t negatively impact our stay one bit. In fact, we can’t wait to come back.

Great location Great view

This property was in the perfect location to Downtown Lahaina. It was 2 blocks from downtown. Literally right on the beach. The beach was sandy and then got rocky about 2 feet into the water, must have beach/water shoes. Water was beautiful, we rented a paddle board for the week at Goofy foot which is literally just out the gate of the condo complex. The water was crystal clear, we saw a bunch of sea turtles while paddle boarding. The room itself was clean and well equipped. We enjoyed the quaint atmosphere of the condo complex rather than being in a large resort.. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained the grounds were clean and well maintained. The owner was responsive and easy to deal with. I would DEFINITELY stay here again. Thank you for sharing your condo with us.

Lahaina Shores March 2022

Had a great visit to this property and the unit was as described. Checked in and out with the front desk no problem. Ample parking. Unit was stocked with plenty of toilet paper, towels etc so no issues for two of us during our 5 night stay. Area felt safe and is close to bars, restaurants, shops. Beach steps away from the pool. Lawn chairs and table seating near pool area and was nice to be able to take boogie boards and lawn chairs from unit to beach area. A gem especially if you’re not into the big resorts down the street. Mahalo!

In the heart of Lahaina, nice walking beach in front of the property. I had to stay for an extra week in Maui so I came back to this property and enjoyed it just as much as the first time!

A Great Getaway in Lahaina

This property was super clean with a great bed and shower. It was very tastefully decorated and in a wonderful location on the beach and within walking distance to restaurants. The weather was fantastic and the owner was very responsive. It had a nice pool and the resort is beautiful, yet comfortable. We had a very restful stay and would love to come back!

Perfect location and studio

The location is fantastic, steps away from tourist Lahaina and all the amenities, and right by the beach. There's a gated entrance to the beach which leads to calm waters and a wonderful stretch for strolling. The studio itself is great for 1-2 people, and has ample towels, kitchen utensils, and anything else you might need. Washer/dryer on the floor. Communicating with the host was easy and seamless, and the people at the front desk were friendly. I loved this place so much, I already booked a second stay. Can't wait to come back!
