"Room was decent, but wasn’t in the room much. Beach was excellent and less than 60 seconds from door to sand. Only issue was the bartenders were not very experienced/fast so wait times for drinks, even simple ones, were very long."

"About what you would expect from a budget hotel-- lacking in amenties, rooms and hotel broadly were not well kept. But beautiful views, friendly staff, and nice location."

"The pillows or mattress were moldy, the hot tub didnt work, the laundry product machines barely worked, the restaurants didnt take card but INSISTED on room charges and then CHARGED an additional $40 per receipt on top of TIPS. One meal of $30 had an additional surcharge of $40!!! This was never mentioned. The parking was nice, I asked for the CONDADO Hilton not Gardens so I'm disappointed in hotel swap. Puerto Rico is beautiful and will be back. "

"I thoroughly enjoyed the property, entertainment and food!! The room was cleaned and refreshed everyday. The hallways smelled delightful. Staff was very accommodating. My only complaint is that we found during turn down service, a mini bottle of our liquor was stolen. I didnt complain to the front desk, I just requested that we not have turn down service anymore during our stay. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel, just lock all your stuff up. "

"Staff was extremely unhelpful and uncooperative. Started screening my calls and refused to answer when I was calling inquiring receipts. Paid extra to stay in double room which was never accommodated. Staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. No turndown service whatsoever. Do not stay here."
