"Room nice but a bit outdated.furniture could use an upgrade. Spiral staircase not recommended for elderly. Stairs could use new stair pads very worn looking. Shower pressure very low Front desk staff, Brittany warm and friendly. Could not enjoy waterfall since seasonal. I am sure lovely to visit at right time of year. "

Explaining everything we had access to, amenities, and rules. I would 100% recommend staying here. I will be choosing this place for the next time I’m in the area."

"Overall had a very good stay at Cove Haven for several days, was a bit worried seeing quite a few negative reviews about cleanliness and property condition. We stayed in the Champaign Tower and while yes, the property is dated and shows signs of aging and needing to be updated, the room was clean and really enjoyed the personal indoor pool and the Champaign tower tub was a very unique and fun experience! Hopefully the management puts some investment into the property, such great potential...
