"This rental property dubbed Nutti by Nature is the perfect getaway spot. The simplistic decor is warm and inviting without too much clutter. We loved the back porch swing and looking out into the trees, the front deck for morning coffee, and most of all, watching deer stroll around in their habitat. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked with basics and we were so pleasantly surprised to see a crib upstairs for our little one. The house is very close to the community center pools - a quick uphill walk or a 3 min drive if you are bringing gear for the kids. We drove 7 min to the lake/beach, convenient and fun. They also provided us with chairs, beach towels and sand toys. Robert texted to check in with us and made the trip super smooth! Highly recommend this property."

"The host was invested in making sure my 4 generation family had a great visit. He asked ages and gave suggestions for activities. The home was very well stocked, better than any other vrbo I've been too. It was almost like a bed and breakfast with how they had coffee/tea condiments and to go cups out on the counter...it was like they KNEW we need to take that coffee to the playground!The layout was great, lots of space for everyone, and the dining table seats 10 comfortably!! Deer came right up to the house and watched us as intently as we watched them from the peaceful deck, and round 2 from the front porch! The community is lovely, clean and lots to do! The host checked in, asked if we had questions, and seem genuinely interested if we were enjoying our stay. We would definitely go again!"

"Our extended family had a fabulous stay at Powderhorn Ranch with plenty of room for everybody to spread out. The grandkids loved the pool at nearby Masthope resort. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable, and the kitchen amenities were everything we would have needed and more. One minor snafu with the number of bath towels from housekeeping was quickly resolved for us by Candace. All in all, my only problem is that I now want a row of reclining theater seats and a backyard pizza oven like we had here!!"
