"Great Hotel"

"We arrived in the evening, three hours after the hotel said we could check in. Most awkward check in ever. Took forever as the desk person couldn't figure out our rooms. When we got to our rooms they were occupied by cleaning staff who were just sitting in the room talking, not cleaning or doing anything. We had to wait for them to leave to use the room. The lamps did not work until we moved them to different outlets. There was also a thick layer of dust on the headboard of our bed. Breakfast was good. The room was quiet. Pool appeared to be in good condition. Checkout was nice and easy. Room rate was low so even with all these problems we still give it a 3 star."

"The front desk woman looked very unprofessional and was overwhelmed with taking a personal call and letting the guests trying to check in just wait. She wasn’t rude but looked old and not very computer savvy.when I left, I dropped the 2 key cards off and the front desk woman couldn’t even look up to say a word. Just a weird vibe. Old building and kinda broken down."

"Found a bug in the shower, no remote for tv, coffee maker was not working, and the room never got colder than 75 degrees. When complained they said they would get it fixed but never saw anyone till the morning. When I complained again to the front desk they said there was nothing they could do because I reserved with Expedia. Paid 380.00 for a bad basic room. Way over rated."

"Beautiful location and very clean. Had a couple of complaints. There was no hand soap by the vanity area. When I showered, the Dove soap caused my face an allergic redness which is odd for my skin. Everything elae was fine."
