I only arrived around 10 at night and the reception was closed but an employe and the restaurant greated me and was very polite. He handed me an enveloppe addressed to me with all the info for my stay. The next morning I left around 9:30 and my check-out was already completed. All in all it was a very Nice quiet place to stay.

Snowmobile trip. Nice clean place. Had breakfast twice, very good. Nice staff. The fridge in the room is too small. We would have liked to have hooks on the walls to hang clothes since wardrobe is too small. In all, we had a good stay.

Comfortable but under-equipped

Very comfortable bed, well renovated bedroom and bathroom and all very clean. However, the unit lacked a few amenities like a cup to go with the coffee machine, a box of tissue, an alarm-clock or something equivalent, a telephone or at least a number you could call for service. Have a full set of applications on your own phone and you will be okay. I had to rely on friends to give me a wake-up call.

I stayed at this hotel for one night and was pleasantly surprised by the very reasonable price, especially considering the beautiful location overlooking the lake. The view alone made the stay feel relaxing and scenic. The pool and spa were great perks and added a nice touch to the experience. The rooms were modern, and up to date, making for a comfortable stay but unfortunately, ours was not properly cleaned. We found a stash of melted chocolates hidden in the couch cushions, clearly left behind by a previous guest—likely a child.However, one major downside was the poor soundproofing. The walls seem incredibly thin—you can hear guests in the hallway, crying babies, and even people talking in the lobby. This definitely disrupted the peace and quiet I was hoping for. The biggest disappointment was the restaurant. Despite having a limited menu and lots of staff, the wait time was over an hour for a simple poutine and a pasta dish. If you’re on a schedule or in a hurry, I strongly recommend eating elsewhere. The food was average at best and not worth the delay. Overall, a decent place for a short stay with beautiful views, but bring earplugs and skip the restaurant.

We had 2 rooms. The cheaper one (1 Double Bed - City View) was actually quite big with a working AC. The experience in this room was satisfactory. The more expensive one (1 Queen Bed - City View) was small, had a broken ceiling lamp that was hanging for dear life above the bed. We were afraid it would fall on us, so we reported this problem to the (hard to find) staff and they were able to temporarily secure it with a zip tie, which was sketchy but okay. Also in that room, there was a loud window AC unit, but it wasn’t cooling the air at all. Likely broken. We understand that issues can happen and I think it would have been ideal if they had told and compensated us for them proactively upon our arrival. Disappointingly, these issues with this room weren’t known to the staff prior.
