"Les photos ne refletent pas l'appartement dans lequel nous rentrons. Elles sont beaucoup plus lumineuses.Les matelas ne sont pas propres et non suffisamment protégés. Les tables de nuit sont manquantes ou seulement d'un côté du lit. La douche n'est pas propre et la vaisselle bonne à relaver avant utilisation (trace de café dans les tasses..).La porte d'entrée de l'immeuble n'a plus de serrure ce qui permet à tout le monde de rentrer. Impossible de discuter avec le propriétaire via la messagerie...

The air conditioning downstairs does a great job of cooling the main areas, but the second upstairs bedroom doesn't get much airflow, since the other AC unit is located inside the larger room. The only bathroom is downstairs, which could be a slight inconvenience, but it's manageable if you don't mind using the stairs. There's plenty of counter space in the bathroom, which is a nice plus. Overall, the apartment feels spacious and matches the photos...

"The hotel looks like it is relatively newly built. The extensive breakfast is served upstairs, and guests can sit outside snd enjoy the gardens below. The facility was very clean, also. The staff was given four stars not 5 because there was a large group of deaf guests staying in the hotel when I was there, but the person at the front desk couldn’t communicate with them effectively because she knew no sign language. I acknowledge that’s a pretty specific skill set, but surely hotel management could have hired a sign language specialist temporarily for a couple days to ensure the group was taken care of."

The hotel is also just a short drive from many of the region's renowned Champagne houses, making it an ideal base for tastings and day trips. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the central location made it easy to enjoy the city on foot. We would definitely stay here again."

The rooms are newly refurbished with everything you need including the much needed air conditioning in the recent heat. The staff are friendly and very accommodating."
