"This place was a mixed bag. On one hand, the location simply can’t be beat, being right at Shuttle Stop 5 is incredibly convenient for getting into the park, and having a gift shop and restaurant on-site makes things easy. Although the breakfast vouchers are not too convenient if you’re just trying grab a quick bite before starting your early hike. We stayed in Room 320 on the 2nd floor and loved the balcony—the views are gorgeous, and we saw deer every single day, along with the other farm animals on the property. Our towels were covered in an excessive amount of lint. I had to repeatedly fluff them off else we would be covered with lint and look like a cottonball (maybe time to clean the dryer lint traps?). The linens had spots of stains on them which really makes you wonder if it’s time for the inn to invest in some replacements. Just a heads-up that these are two-story buildings with stairs only and no elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage up. On the bright side, the room was well-equipped with a microwave and a fridge, and they even provide a sound machine to help you sleep. The lobby offers ice water, hot chocolate, and coffee, and there is a very convenient refillable water bottle station down the hall. Parking was also a breeze. It’s a charming spot with great perks and views, but the housekeeping and room maintenance definitely need more attention to detail."

"Room was dated and walls thin . Toilet reached and kept me up . Only until my husband fixed it did I finally get a good nights sleep. But it was annoying . Shower had a funky smell and they’re was nothing they could do about it. Asked if they could at least refund a day or resort fees and denied. Convenient enough for Zion and close to the other towns . I would have thought maybe for a marriot more activities for kids / families like a game room or tennis or basketball courts . Something for the kids to run around in . Overall decent place to just have a place to stay. Huge plus was there was breakfast to start the day"

"The pictures are catfishing. This is not a 3 star hotel as "classified". This is a very old hotel without improvements, the cleanliness and conditions of the hotel are questionable. I do not recommend it, I will never stay at this hotel again."

"Breakfast at as awesome! Anything you would want was there. The bed is comfy and the room clean. Th only if hing I didn't like was the light in the room. There was no light over the suitcase caddy. That means when you are living out of a suitcase, you can't see to find anything. It is as very frustrating. Otherwise, it was a very nice stay."
