Mountain Views Near Zion - Wifi - Self Checkin/Out - Outdoor Fire Pit & Grill

Layout - The home has an open floor plan with the kitchen and living room connected so you can snack in the kitchen, eat at the dining table/kitchen bar, or sit on the couch watching TV and all be in the same space. Perfect for family enjoying each others company on vacation. There's also 3 large windows so you can enjoy the beautiful mountain views from inside the home as well.

Washer and Dryer - Next to the master bedroom is the laundry room. Some laundry detergent and dryer sheets are also provided free for your convenience.

Barbecue Grill - On the back patio is a natural gas grill which is for your use. Grill utensils are in the kitchen in one of the drawers. If you use the grill, please leave it clean.

Fire Pit - There is a natural gas fire pit in the backyard under the awning. Enjoy the comfortable patio furniture (seating for 8) around the fire. Enjoy the scenic mountain views, and beautiful view of the sunset.

Backyard Patio - We have seating for 8 around the fire pit, seating for 4 around a patio table to enjoy breakfast, and two bench swings.

For your entertainment - There is a 65” TV in the living room and a 49” TV in the King bedroom. Each has a Blu-ray/DVD player.

Playground - The neighborhood playground is just next door, perfect for little ones to get their wiggles out. There's also a Basketball hoop at the park as well.

Driving Distance - Our home is about 25 mins from Zion (Scenic Drive), 2 hrs from Bryce Canyon, and 2.5 hrs from the Grand Canyon. Our home is a great home base for visiting all three.

Great Zion Location and Property

Tyler was an excellent host from information about the area to check-in and check-out. The home was wonderful and had everything we needed. View from the back yard is amazing! Highly recommend to stay here as long as you don't mind driving a bit to go out to dinner as that will require a drive of 10 miles in some cases to Hurricane or back in Springdale.

Amazing stay in Zion

We stayed here for 3 nights for our spring break road trip vacation. The house location was super convenient and easy to get to from Las Vegas. The views from the house were beautiful. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable and the whole family felt at home almost right away. We were able to take day trips to Zion easily and the host left some great recommendations for take out. Overall, everything was wonderful we would stay here again.

Excellent mountain retreat

This is a very nice rental property that was spacious and clean for our family of 4. Wonderful mountain views. Great home base for Zion and Bryce National Parks. Tyler was readily available with any questions or concerns. He even provided a packet with all the home information, things to do, restaurants in the area which was very beneficial for us first time visitors to the southern Utah area. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Stay For Bryce and Zion

This property lived up to all the other great reviews. The location is absolutely perfect for trips to Zion, Kolob or Bryce. Easy access to I-15, UT-9 or downtown La Verkin. The backyard view is breathtaking and so wonderful to sit out at the fire after a day of hiking. The house is awesome and has plenty of room for everyone. I would have no problems stay here again or recommending it to anyone. It was truly a perfect stay!!
