Quiet Home Near Zion - Wifi - Self Checkin/Out - Outdoor Fire Pit & Grill

Layout - The home has an open floor plan with the kitchen and living room connected so you can snack in the kitchen, eat at the dining table/kitchen bar, or sit on the couch watching TV and all be in the same space. Perfect for family enjoying each others company on vacation. There's also lots of windows to let in natural light, and to see the beautiful scenery in the backyard.

Washer and Dryer - Next to the master bedroom is the laundry room. Some laundry detergent and dryer sheets are also provided free for your convenience.

Barbecue Grill - On the back patio is a propane gas grill which is for your use. Grill utensils are in the kitchen in one of the drawers. If you use the grill, please leave it clean.

Fire Pit - There is a propane gas fire pit in the backyard under the awning. Enjoy an evening outside around the fire, with beautiful mountains surrounding.

Backyard Patio - We have seating for 8 around the outdoor dining table, as well as two additional chairs and a coffee table. There are also 6 chairs around the fire pit. If you rearrange the furniture please return it to it's original position.

For your entertainment - There is a 65” TV in the living room and a 49” TV in the King bedroom. Each has a Blu-ray/DVD player.

Playground - There is a neighborhood playground is just a few blocks away, perfect for little ones to get their wiggles out. There's also a Basketball hoop at the park as well.

Driving Distance - Our home is about 25 mins from Zion (Scenic Drive), 2 hrs from Bryce Canyon, and 2.5 hrs from the Grand Canyon. Our home is a great home base for visiting all three.

We loved our stay here! Property was beautiful and plenty large enough for a family of 4. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and staples (and has a gas stove), there was a large garage with basketball and ping pong (which the kids loved), and the firepit in the backyard was perfect to relax around after a day in Zion!

Zion retreat

My son and I visited the area to play golf and visit Zion National Park. The property is conveniently located to both the park and St. George golf courses. Super clean, had everything we needed, and great communication with Tyler. Would definitely stay there again.

Great stay near Zion

Had an absolutely lovely time using this house as a home base for a hiking trip to Zion with some friends. Short drive to the park (30 minutes), close to a large grocery store as well as a gas station, a pretty well-stocked kitchen for grilling, and a nice yard for hanging out later in the night when it cools down. Would highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful Stay

This house was just as advertised! Very homey and great to come back to after a day of hiking. The views are great and the back patio is very nice. Would definitely come back if we return to the area.

Cozy like home

We felt at home here. It was great being close to Zion having a comfortable place to come home to after our adventures. The owner was responsive and helpful with planning our trip. If you want to a place to stay but feel like you are at home, this is the place.

Rental was clean, well maintained and completely furnished. Location is in a quiet neighborhood. Zion National Park is just a 20-30 minute drive and Hurricane City is 2-3 miles away. Host was very responsive to all my communications. There is a nice patio area in the backyard. Would stay there again.

We spent 3 nights at this vrbo home, and it was wonderful. Just 15 minutes or so from the Zion NP entrance. Clean and quiet. The kids loved making smores over the firepit, and playing the basketball game in the garage. We'd definitely stay again.

wonderful house for our family! we loved the close location to zion national park while being in a neighborhood and near amenities. during our stay, we also made the drives to bryce canyon and grand canyon national parks and made it back each night. great mountain view with a great backyard

Had a great time in the area. Zion is about 25 min and we enjoyed e bikes and hiking the Narrows! This house is a great location and grocery store is so close . Fully stocked with all you need.

Comfortable and clean- felt like home!

My husband and I stayed for two nights as we explored Zion and Bryce. The host was extremely good with communicating before , during and followed up after. The house was clean and beds/pillows were super comfy. It had all the things needed for an enjoyable stay. Beautiful backyard that was private and had a fire pit and pergola to enjoy evening meals. Would 100% recommend!

We had a great week staying at this location. The place was clean, in a quiet neighborhood with access to all needed amenities.The kitchen was stocked with supplies but could have used a few more things. Beds were comfy. Wish the couches reclined after a long day of hiking! Overall great value

Great House for Zion Visit

The property had everything we needed and more. It was comfortable, clean, lots of room and host was great with communication. Enjoyed the dining room table for playing games that were in the kitchen cabinets. Also enjoyed the patio and grill fora meal. Would recommend.

Wonderful property close to outdoor activities

Extended family enjoyed our stay at this clean updated property with an easy 25 minute drive to Zion. We cooked used the laundry and enjoyed the backyard and gas grill. House was clean spacious and newer with plenty of linens and kitchen amenities. Grocery store close by. Would definitely stay again if the opportunity arises

Quality Accommodation and Easy Access the Zion National Park and Surrounding Area respects

The house is as advertised and more. Location is everything and 30 minute proximity to Zion National Park and a supermarket less than a mile away. Construction is quality and air conditioning is so nice. We enjoyed two nights while we visited Zion National Park. The kitchen is well stocked and the house is well maintained, clean and comfortable. We will return in our next visit to Zion National Park.
