Quiet Home Near Zion - Wifi - Self Checkin/Out - Outdoor Fire Pit & Grill

Layout - The home has an open floor plan with the kitchen and living room connected so you can snack in the kitchen, eat at the dining table/kitchen bar, or sit on the couch watching TV and all be in the same space. Perfect for family enjoying each others company on vacation. There's also lots of windows to let in natural light, and to see the beautiful scenery in the backyard.

Washer and Dryer - Next to the master bedroom is the laundry room. Some laundry detergent and dryer sheets are also provided free for your convenience.

Barbecue Grill - On the back patio is a propane gas grill which is for your use. Grill utensils are in the kitchen in one of the drawers. If you use the grill, please leave it clean.

Fire Pit - There is a propane gas fire pit in the backyard under the awning. Enjoy an evening outside around the fire, with beautiful mountains surrounding.

Backyard Patio - We have seating for 8 around the outdoor dining table, as well as two additional chairs and a coffee table. There are also 6 chairs around the fire pit. If you rearrange the furniture please return it to it's original position.

For your entertainment - There is a 65” TV in the living room and a 49” TV in the King bedroom. Each has a Blu-ray/DVD player.

Playground - There is a neighborhood playground is just a few blocks away, perfect for little ones to get their wiggles out. There's also a Basketball hoop at the park as well.

Driving Distance - Our home is about 25 mins from Zion (Scenic Drive), 2 hrs from Bryce Canyon, and 2.5 hrs from the Grand Canyon. Our home is a great home base for visiting all three.

Great stay near Zion

Had an absolutely lovely time using this house as a home base for a hiking trip to Zion with some friends. Short drive to the park (30 minutes), close to a large grocery store as well as a gas station, a pretty well-stocked kitchen for grilling, and a nice yard for hanging out later in the night when it cools down. Would highly recommend staying here!

We loved our stay here! Property was beautiful and plenty large enough for a family of 4. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and staples (and has a gas stove), there was a large garage with basketball and ping pong (which the kids loved), and the firepit in the backyard was perfect to relax around after a day in Zion!

We spent 3 nights at this vrbo home, and it was wonderful. Just 15 minutes or so from the Zion NP entrance. Clean and quiet. The kids loved making smores over the firepit, and playing the basketball game in the garage. We'd definitely stay again.

My husband and I stayed for two nights as we explored Zion and Bryce. The host was extremely good with communicating before , during and followed up after. Quality Accommodation and Easy Access the Zion National Park and Surrounding Area respects

The house is as advertised and more. Location is everything and 30 minute proximity to Zion National Park and a supermarket less than a mile away. Construction is quality and air conditioning is so nice. We enjoyed two nights while we visited Zion National Park. The kitchen is well stocked and the house is well maintained, clean and comfortable. We will return in our next visit to Zion National Park.
