Nice holiday home with all rooms on ground level

Great house no more than 200 metres from the beach. I has got two sections separated by the living area, each with 2 bedrooms, shower and toilet. And lot's of privacy in the garden. Only thing missing is a wash dryer and it could have better lighting in the bedrooms. We had a perfect holiday there, will come back next year.

ein sehr gepflegtes Haus mit viel Platz! Sehr ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse gelegen. Durch die kleine Gartenpforte hinter dem Haus ist man in 200m am Strand.

Environnement agréable : plage (à 400 m) et forêt à proximité (750 m environ) Maison confortable, avec terrasse extérieure sans vis-à-vis. 2 places de parking sur la propriété et quelques places supplémentaires au bout de l'impasse.

La maison est très grande et fonctionnelle pour deux familles. Chacune a son aile aux extrémités avec deux chambres et sa sdb/WC. Les pièces communes sont grandes et lumineuses. La proximité de la mer, via un petit chemin privé est super. Le bois à l'arrière garantit la tranquillité sur la terrasse, elle même dans le U de la maison, donc sans aucun vis à vis ni bruits des voisins. Les points négatifs sont la vétusté du mobilier et l'installation électrique, mais c'est bien peu! Super vacances!

An sich könnte man das Ferienobjekt als sehr gut einstufen, wenn nicht einige Reparaturen nötig gewesen wären. ( Griff Kühlschrank, Duschkopfhalterung, im Garten waren viele Reste von Fischen vergraben, die unser Hund aufgestöbert hat, Schränke rochen etwas modrig) Das Haus und die Lage, nur kurzer Weg zu Strand, waren super.

Es war gut das ganze Haus zu Mieten, mit Linke und Rechte Schlaff-flügeln mit Zwei Badezimmer und Ruhige Innenhof. Eigen Pfad zum Strand, und perfekte gut Gezäunte mini-Wald für den Hund. NB: Diesen Ort macht am 15er September Jedes Jahr sein Infrastrucktur zu. Ein Ganzjährige Supermarkt (Super U) liegt circa Km.4 weg.
