    Equipment: 1 fridge-freezer, 1 microwave, 1 oven, induction hob, washing machine, 1 television, sofa, electric coffee maker, 1 travel cot. The end of stay cleaning is to be done by the tenant.
    End of stay cleaning option on reservation: flat rate of €70. Linen and sheets not provided.

For you to move more easily, free shuttles (July and August) are at your disposal and criss-cross the entire resort of La Grière to La Terrière via the town centre. Departing from La Tranche sur Mer, you can enjoy cruises to Ile de Ré, Ile d'Aix or Fort Boyard. Cinema with 2 rooms and the latest films showing. The swimming pool with leisure pool of 370m2 and 4 lanes of 25m and a fitness area with a sauna, hammam and spa.

Maison de vacances dans un quartier calme et résidentiel. Bon accueil de l'agence chargée de la location, formalités et remise des clés simples à l'arrivée et au départ. Bonnes prestations, maison propre et claire avec un jardin. Seul petit bémol pour l'électro ménager un peu vieillot. Nous y avons passé une semaine tranquille. Autre bon point , la possibilité de venir avec son chien.

La maison dispose du confort nécessaire, et le jardin est très agréable. L'emplacement est calme et bien situé. La propriétaire accepte les chiens de grande taille.

Maison bien située dans le fond d'une résidence calme (louée en septembre). Place de parking individuelle. Grosse déception sur l'intérieur de la maison : salle de bain et cuisine d'un autre temps, meubles rénovés à la va-vite (on voit encore les dégoulinades). Télévision toute petite. Jardin clos et sans vis à vis. Barbecue inutilisable vu l'état. Heureusement que le prix était abordable

Vacances agréables

Location bien équipée notamment pour les couples avec bébé ( chaise haute et lit parapluie), propre. Jardin agréable sans vis à vis ou presque avec une terrasse. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine avec nos 2 enfants en bas âge. Seul bémol la machine à laver qui s’est mis à fuir... nous reviendrons!
