"Beautiful hotel with a huge fancy lobby. Room was very clean and new. The neighborhood is very walkable. Staff were very nice and accomodating. We had to leave at 5am for a tour one day and couldnt make it to breakfast, the staff offerred to make us breakfast bags for each of us. Would highly recommend"

"I had an awesome experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was clean and spacious and they had sweet treats as a lovely greeting touch. They also gave me a coupon for complementary cocktail. Unfortunately, I did not use it since I didn’t realize I had to use it that first night. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The tamales are a must try.I would definitely come again."

"We had a great stay at Casa Andina Premium. We came tired from the airport after a long international trip and the check in was smooth. Room was clean, great breakfast buffet, excellent service overall.
I had originally requested a shower chair, although they didn’t have it ready by the time of our check in, they were able to find us a chair.
Receptionist, and all staff were very attentive and approachable. We will definitely be returning and recommending this hotel to my family and friends. Muchas gracias! "
