"I booked the house for a work trip for three weeks. The grill was filthy, rusted, and the electronic ignite didn't work. It took two weeks to get a replacement. When the replacement arrived, the old one was left there as well. No grill brush provided to clean it and no cover to protect it from the rain. "The stay was wonderful! So dog friendly! They even provided dog beds and bowls. Very nice touch. Everything for the humans was great too. No complaints at all. Definitely met and exceeded our expectations. The hosts are very nice and easily accessible when needed. Hoping to go back again someday. "
