You'll be near top attractions like The Living Desert Zoo and the Empire Polo Club. This house is south of the 111 Highway before you get to old town La Quinta.
2 queen size beds and 1 California King bed with super comfortable pillow top mattresses, flat screen tv's on the wall in all bedrooms, Netflix available on up to 2 tv's at the same time, master bedroom has a comfy leather recliner perfect for reading a book, large newly tiled deck off the master bedroom perfect for soaking up the sun, and family room has leather movie seating with electric recliners on 4 seats. A coffee carousel awaits you in the kitchen by the Keurig coffeemaker. Full size front load LG washer and dryer to take care of your laundry needs. And a double garage for keeping your car cool in the heat. Air conditioner and heating system along with all the indoor vents were replaced in June 2023. There are outside table and rocker chairs by an outdoor fireplace and barbeque as well as a few lounger chairs to enjoy the warm days.
