Bright and well-maintained 1-bedroom apartment in very good condition, featuring a southwest-facing balcony with views of the ski slopes and mountains. The residence is part of a complex of 7 chalet-style buildings, located in the heart of Plagne 1800.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
A family-friendly resort, perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation, nestled in the heart of the forest. Shops and amenities are within walking distance. Free shuttle buses connect to Plagne Centre daily from 8:00 [hidden] to 11:30 [hidden]

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION:
35 m² apartment for up to 6 guests, located on the 4th floor of the residence (no elevator).
- Living room with a convertible sofa bed (140x190 cm) and a TV
- Sleeping area at the back of the living room with a single bench bed (80x190 cm)
- Open-plan kitchen and dining area, fully equipped with everything you need: fridge/freezer, 4-burner hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster
- Bedroom with 3 single beds (80x190 cm) and plenty of storage space
- Bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet

Covered parking space included in the Plagne 1800 parking facility.
Access to the Espace Bien-Être at Plagne Lauzes: heated outdoor swimming pool, sauna, and squash court. Access is subject to the pool’s actual opening; the agency cannot be held responsible in case of closure.
