We also have an adult game room, with a regulation size pool table, bar, and mini Jumbotron.

Disclaimer: By accepting this reservation, you are holding the owner harmless from any accidents or injury on the property, or any accidents or injury from hot tub/pool/outdoor fireplace.

No children are to be left unattended in or by the pool or Hot tub at all times.

This is a residential neighborhood and we expect our guests to respect their surroundings.

Please be advised that the quiet ordinance in this area is from 9pm-8am. No one outside past 11pm

Again, this is a family friendly neighborhood and we have to respect those around us day or night. This is a very important to us.
No music is allowed outside at anytime.

Colored lights off by 11 pm.
Outdoor Fireplace off by 10 pm


We are a smoke free home, this also includes the backyard. This includes vaping and marijuana.

We do not allow ANY parties at any time.

Max of 5 vehicles and max 14 adults

Guests listed in the booking are the only guests permitted on the property at all times. NO additional guests permitted.

Must be 25+ to book.

We do not allow any pets in the home due to severe allergies, this also includes any service or emotional support animals. Due to severe allergies we are unable to accommodate.


Please DO NOT open garage doors.

Gameroom: Arcade games take a few minutes to load when turned on. Please be gentle. No drink or food near machines. We can't always guarantee that all arcade games will be in working order. We will try to fix anything as soon as possible. We do get them maintained every 3 months.


POOL/SPA
It is optional to heat the pool.
If you want the pool heated, we have a 3-day consecutive minimum.

There is an additional fee to heat the pool.
Prices vary depending on the time of year.
October and March: $150 per day /3 consecutive day minimum.
November-February: $195 per day/3 consecutive day minimum.
April-May: $125 per day/3 consecutive day minimum.
June and Sept: $100 per day /3 consecutive day minimum.
July and Aug: $75 per day/3 consecutive day minimum.
(you most likely won't need the pool heated in July and August. The pool temperature is warm and usually in the low to mid 80's).

Please Note:
We don't heat the pool past 85 degrees.
Pool temp can vary depending on weather conditions.
We can make an exception however it does cost more.

Tampering with the pool heat or accidentally turning it on will have a $150 per day fee.

PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THE POOL EQUIPMENT OUTSIDE.
It will disable the system causing nothing to work.

Please note: It is common to see debris at times in the pool.

The pool vacuum will grab it or you can use the skimmer if you want to manually do it.

You cannot heat the pool and the spa at the same time.
We first heat the pool to temp then you can turn on/off the spa when needed.

Hot tub is available for guests at no additional charge. Hot tub heater must be turned off after each use and overnight.

PLEASE NOTE: No jumping off of the hot tub.

Pool Vacuum
Do not take the pool vacuum out of the pool (That includes part of the hose or the whole thing). Doing so will damage the pool equipment!!
If it happens, we may not be able to fix during your stay. If the pool vacuum gets disconnected, please submerge under water to get out the air bubbles before you reconnect.

PLEASE NOTE:
There are a few days of the year that we don’t allow check -ins and check- outs. These specific dates are designated as pass through days.

-New Years Eve & New Years Day
