Every single person from front desk to restaurant staff to staff around the resort had a smile on their faces and said hello every single time. Unfortunately, my wife and I were not overly impressed with a property condition, restaurants variety including table reservation system, lack of personal touch in terms of service, room location, limited options in terms of entertainment, level of prices. "We highly recommend this resort. The views are amazing, staff is very helpful and friendly! Everything is clean, breakfast is good, pool area and bar are great. For us (a couple working remote) it was perfect; wi-fi connection in the room was a bit poor, but faster in the bar area. We really enjoyed night games with Richi, the entertainer, who is very joyful and funny. Overall, it was a pleasure to stay at this resort and it is worth 5 starts."
