Very good location, 5 min walking to the center. Good breakfast, I would like just to have more fruit options as it was just peach (but the ones that come in a can) and none fresh fruit. The staff was great. The property is dated, need some refurbish. The bedroom was clean. No parking available but we found space in th street those 2 days without any problem. I would stay again here.

Vale a pena

Hotel é muito bem localizado. Equipe atenciosa, quarto silencioso e limpo. Chuveiro um pouco apertado. Café da manhã bem básico, mas gostoso. Wi fi no quarto é bem fraco. Não tem estacionamento, mas bem fácil estacionar na rua.

Ein nettes kleines Hotel, in direkter nähe zum Zentrum. Wir waren eine Nacht dort und es war genau das richtige. Die Angestellten sind super hilfsbreit und nett. Uns wurde eine Bootstour organisiert, die einfach nur spitze war. Gern wieder!!!!

Posizione perfetta a due passi dal centro

Da qualche anno facciamo la vacanza a La Maddelena e soggiorniamo in questo hotel nel quale ci siamo sempre trovati benissimo. E' posizionato a pochi passi dal centro accanto dalla piazza Umberto 1°, ottima posizione che vi consente di fare due passi in città senza prendere l'auto. L'hotel ha l'ingresso in una via laterale rispetto alla via Magnaghi, su questa viuzza è facile trovare parcheggio. L'hotel costruito negli anni 80 ha un arredamento un po' datato, ma tutto risulta molto funzionale. La camera è comoda e il bagno, abbastanza grande, ha anche la finestra. La pulizia del bagno è perfetta. La colazione a buffet, è semplice ma completa.. Il personale gentilissimo e pronto a dare qualsiasi suggerimento per un piacevole soggiorno. In definitiva un'ottima scelta.

Comodissima location

Io e mio marito abbiamo alloggiato per due notti, l'albergo è un po' datato, ma confortevole e con il personale gentilissimo, professionale e disponibile per qualsiasi tipo di informazioni e richieste! Si tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglierei a chiunque!

Qualité prix bonne emplacement

Idéal pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis , deux minutes à pied suffise pour rejoindre le centre, calme à l'écart de l'agitation du centre de la maddalena , certaines chambre offre une vue sur la mer. Petit déjeuner classique continental suffisant. Deco simple convenable Bon matelas ! Hôtel propre Je le recommande sans aucune hésitation .

L'hotel perfetto per La Maddalena

Ottimo hotel situato a 3 minuti dal centro, in una zona sicura e tranquilla in cui è facile trovare parcheggio. L'hotel, costruito negli anni '80, è semplice ma molto funzionale. Pulito, camere sufficientemente ampie con frigobar, bagno completo di finestra. Ottima anche la prima colazione compresa nel prezzo, che comprende anche la frutta fresca. Il personale è gentilissimo pronto a darvi qualsiasi informazione sull'archipelago de La Maddalena. Facilissimo raggiungere il centro storico con una breve passeggiata di due minuti. Sempre a due minuti è disponibile un supermercato molto fornito.

accogliente e ottima la posizione

Salve, siamo partiti per 3 notti alla Maddalena, un posto meraviglioso. Il personale del hotel è gentile e disponibile e la posizione è ottima visto che si raggiunge a piedi il centro cittadino. La colazione e' ottima e abbondante. La camera tripla era pulita con il mobilio anni 80 e l'impianto del aria condizionata molto vecchio infatti non ne abbiamo usufruito.Nel complesso nel hotel ci siamo trovati bene e lo consiglio soprattutto per la sua posizione anche perchè La Maddalena e le sue isole circostanti sono bellissime da visitare.

Grazioso albergo a due passi dal centro

Grazioso albergo a due passi dal centro e dal porto de La Maddalena. Non è mai stato necessario prendere la macchina, sia per andare a prendere la barca per le isole, o la sera per andare in ristorante, tutto vicinissimo, anche un grande supermercato pere le piccole spese e necessità. L'albergo è comodo e pulito, ma vrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione e del rinnovo degli arredi. Personale gentilissimo.

Hôtel bien situé, stationnement assez facile à l'arrière de l'hôtel. Près d'un super marché et près du petit centre-ville. Par contre, air climatisé très décevant dans notre chambre malgré que le personnel ait tenté de l'ajuster. Déjeuner correct, mais surprise, lors du check-out on nous charge un supplément pour les cappuccinos, ce qui n'est pas le cas dans les autres hôtels !!!

Unico aspetto positivo la localizzazione

L'albergo è in forte degrado. Impianto di climatizzazione da urlo (a rischio legionella) e manutenzione pressoché nulla su tutto (dovevo lottare per azionare la serratura della porta d'ingresso). La TV, di piccole dimensioni, con soli 5 canali ed i cuscini idonei per chi li vuole piatti. Poco ricca la colazione "americana". Il cambio delle asciugamani non sempre efficiente e shampoo da chiedere altrimenti non viene messo di default. Peccato perché il tutto contrasta con una posizione molto comoda ed il personale alquanto cortese e disponibile.

Hôtel de passage

Nous sommes restés une nuit à cet hôtel. Nous n'avons pas eu de problème particulier. Ce n'est pas le grand luxe mais c'est convenable. Dommage qu'il n'y ai pas le wifi dans les chambres et qu'il ne soit pas un peu moins cher. Petit déjeuner convenable.
