About this property

Ranch Style, Private Home Near La Jolla Shores - Walk to dining, shops, beach

  • This single story home wraps around a large fenced in back yard encompassing 1/3 of an acre of lush, mature landscaping with big windows and high vaulted ceilings. Neighbors on only two sides of the property make it super private. We bought this house because we love the location. It's close enough to walk to the beach yet far enough away to avoid all the the beach traffic and noise. The location makes it easy to get in and out of La Jolla. There is a little bit of road noise from La Jolla parkway. The house is located on Ardath road, which is a dead end road, not a busy street. The home is set back far enough from the road to create a privacy barrier and block most of the sound.
