Welcome to our stunning Courtyard House located just a seven-minute walk from the beautiful La Jolla Shores. Our house is the perfect place to stay for families or groups of friends who want to make the most out of their time in La Jolla.



Our Courtyard House boasts modern and unique architecture, perfect for those looking to stay in a one-of-a-kind accommodation. With two spacious living rooms, one kitchen and dining room, and four beautiful bedrooms, our house will provide guests with plenty of space to relax after a day spent at the beach. What sets our house apart is the incredible courtyard, perfect for al-fresco dining or gathering with friends and family.



Our house was recently renovated, and all appliances and furnishings are brand new. We're proud to say that our guests will enjoy stunning ocean views from one of our living rooms and a bedroom. Each room has access to the courtyard, making it the perfect place to unwind after a busy day in San Diego. The first bedroom has one king and one queen bed, the second has one queen bed, and the third has one queen bed. The fourth bedroom has one twin bed, and for added convenience, the living room features a sofa bed that accommodates two guests.



Our house is specifically designed to be comfortable no matter the season, with individual cooling/heating systems in each room for guests to set their desired temperature. For larger groups, there are plenty of free parking spaces available. Our modern bathrooms feature a sleek and stylish design, with two of the bathrooms boasting a stunning concrete look. Additionally, one of the bathrooms features a unique wooden slab design that my husband and I created as a DIY project.



Overall, our Courtyard House is the perfect choice for those traveling to San Diego. The house's optimal location near restaurants and coffee shops make it a great starting point for exploring the area. Great house and location in La Jolla

We had a wonderful stay!! The house is spacious with lots of room to spread out. We had adults and teens and there was enough space for everyone to be comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated and beautiful and well stocked with everything we needed. The beach, shops and restaurants are just about half mile (residential) walk away. It is on a busy street but it wasn't an issue for us. The host was also wonderful!! She was super responsive and accommodating, letting us check in early. This was a lovely house and we had a great time, would definitely stay here again!

This property worked well for our group with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate everyone comfortably. The kitchen was a good size and nicely updated, and we appreciated the convenient walking distance to the beach and nearby restaurants and shops.There were a couple of layout considerations that weren't clear from the listing. One of the bedrooms has a separate entrance, which wasn't mentioned in the property description. The stairs between levels lack handrails, which became an issue when we had an older family member visit for dinner - they struggled navigating the stairs safely without anything to hold onto.

We had a great stay at this property. It was comfortable, convenient location, spacious, beautiful views and well appointed. We had everything we needed and when anything came up we could walk to the local convenience store or grocery to pick things up. This is a luxury in San Diego!
