Historic Cottage in La Jolla Village Near Beach with 7,000 SF Private Yard

  • This historic, fully renovated beach cottage is at the doorstep of La Jolla Village with all the restaurant, retail and entertainment amenities it has to offer. It is just a couple of blocks from Windansea and Marine street beaches. The 7,000 square foot lot has a huge private yard with a putting green, covered large dining table for 10, outdoor lounging, ping pong, pool table, putt putt course, covered front porch and more! This historic beach cottage has been completely renovated. But, it is a cottage, so if you shop at Big & Tall, you may find it a bit too cozy! The main house offers 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. There is also a private detached studio with kitchenette/bath/etc. A perfect remote working office, nanny's quarters or third bedroom. It is an amazing getaway that provides a safe and secure area with space to play. Only a couple of blocks from the Windansea beach area of La Jolla and a block from the La Jolla Village district.
