"We were not happy with this hotel and therefore left a day early. Our main concern was that there was little air circulation and no air condition, only a fan, that made an annoying noise, and if we opened the window there was a lot of noise from the street. Even though we were not in Rouen during a particularly hot time, the room was extremely warm. The hotel room only had basic facilities, no fridge or ironing board. There was no elevator in the hotel. "The location was convenient to walk to the historic sites. Parking is available around the corner. The room was tight however it was very clean and the staff was very friendly."
