"We were not happy with this hotel and therefore left a day early. Our main concern was that there was little air circulation and no air condition, only a fan, that made an annoying noise, and if we opened the window there was a lot of noise from the street. Even though we were not in Rouen during a particularly hot time, the room was extremely warm. The hotel room only had basic facilities, no fridge or ironing board. There was no elevator in the hotel.
