When we got stuck one night on the road to the chalet, due to a snowstorm, the host immediately contacted the neighbors who came to help and drove us the next day to pick up our car. "My wife and I had a wonderful time in Allemond. The chalet is fitted out very well, with everything we needed for a weeks stay. The host Nicolas was excellent, quick to respond to questions, providing information on transportation and was able to spend a couple days as our ski guide which made the trip all worthwhile. Highly recommend Nicolas and his chalet, and his services as a guide both in winter and summer."

"Simply the most fantastic chalet in the perfect spot. We spent a week early January in this beautiful place and loved every moment. The chalet is just as described, the rooms are all a good size and the bathrooms are modern and seem very new. The kitchen appliances all work perfectly and everything is supplied that you need to cook good meals. There are two different coffee machines, a filter and a Senseo, lots of pots and pans, knives etc. The ski locker is perfectly placed and the layout of the chalet couldnt be better with three bedrooms on the top floor, the living accommodation in the middle and then three more bedrooms on the bottom floor. This is truly a ski-in, ski-out chalet for all levels, you can literally ski down from the top of Alpe d'Huez, right to the front door, absolutely amazing. In short myself and my family all loved it here and will be back in the future I hope."
