Nestled in the vineyards, surrounded by greenery, not overlooked, come and enjoy this pretty, typically Provençal country house which will offer you a relaxing stay.

The main house can accommodate up to 6 people.

It consists of a very well equipped independent kitchen, oven, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, kettle, filter coffee maker, Nespresso, kitchen utensils.

A living room/living room with fireplace opening onto a large terrace.

On the ground floor, two air-conditioned bedrooms (one with a 160cm bed and the second with 2 90cm beds that can be pushed together)

1 independent bathroom with 1 sink, 1 bidet

1 independent toilet.

A garage with washing machine and fridge freezer in addition.



Upstairs, an air-conditioned master bedroom with a 160 cm bed and its shower room + toilet and which has a small terrace with a view of the vineyards.



Enjoy your meals on this beautiful terrace equipped with a plancha area for your grills while enjoying the view and the swimming pool below.

Relax on the deckchairs of this magnificent secure swimming pool with electric curtain for tanning afternoons.



Possibility:

Facing the swimming pool, non-air-conditioned pool house composed of two bedrooms each with two 90 cm beds that can be pushed together.

A shower room with a sink.

1 separate toilet.

This annex is only available for rental during the months of May, June, July, August.



This family home is located in La Garde Freinet, 20 minutes from Port Grimaud and 30 minutes from Sainte Maxime.

You are truly in the ideal site for a relaxing vacation.



Mandatory:

End of stay cleaning is obligatory and must be paid at the time of reservation by the tenant. Amount of €200.00



Option:

Bed and bathroom linen are not included in the rental. (tenants are free to choose to bring their own bed and bathroom linen).

The concierge offers you the possibility of renting a bed linen and bathroom kit for 30 euros per person per week.

Any week started is due and will be payable on the day the keys are handed over.

We also offer rental of baby high chairs, cots and strollers for 10 euros per item.

Beautiful Setting

The location of the villa and the setting is beautiful and there is a large pool that is well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay. However, the interior is very dated and some of the furniture is extremely uncomfortable. The sofas and coffee table are made of concrete and it is like sitting on a bench. The kitchen is very dated and does not have a full oven. I think this is important - particularly if you have a party of 8. And the final problem - extremely slow WiFi. I did communicate this to the property manager but did not get a response. If you have more than one person working or streaming it won’t happen. In summary - a beautiful setting but it does need work to function well as a multi person property.
