At the heart of the preserved valley of Haut-Bréda, 50m2 independent appartement in the basement of a vacation house.
4 rooms: 2 bedrooms + living room + kitchen. Very well equipped (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine, Fondue Maker, TV, etc.). Brand new (remodeled in 2017).
Exceptional and peaceful setting, with huge land along the river. Magnificent view of the peaks of Belledonne culminating at 3,000 m.


Cleaning charge: 70 Euros (you can also choose to do it yourself).
Ideal for hiking (summer + winter), snowshoeing, skiing, paragliding, cycling.
Family ski resort 7 Laux 10 minutes. Restaurant 200 m. Small shops 5 km.
This house was for a long time called "house of the Baroness" because it had been built in the 50s by the baroness of Pastille who went there the summer (in order to escape the hot weather) in the company of her 2 greyhounds!
The upper part of the house will not normally be used during the rental periods, so you will be alone on the property.
Private parking in front of the apartment (in winter, use the hikers parking at 30 m which is always plowed)

2 / The access to the river is sufficiently far from the house or difficult to avoid presenting a particular danger. But it will be important not to leave young children unattended if they can walk but not swim.
3 / The house is in a non-unbundled zone, so the speed of Wi-Fi is quite limited, especially during school holidays
