"The check in process has been very fast and easy, the place is quite easy to find and the staff kind and helpful. The only complaints are about the lack of air conditioning, together with the noises coming from the road… a simple fan in the room didn’t help at all as the outside temperatures were above 30 and the inside followed turning our nights into a noisy nightmare "

"The property was clean but I was appalled at the lack of provision, particularly when it came to basic personal hygiene. There were no hand basins near the toilets. In addition, the hand sanitiser provided wasn’t working. Staff were initially dismissive. There was a handbasin the the room but not soap provided. Also no feminine hygiene bins. Would recommend against staying here. "

"Très bon séjour au Grand Hotel d'Uriage. Les chambres sont un peu old school sur la déco mais elles sont fonctionnelles et c'est surtout le charme de leurs thermes et spa qui fait toute la différence ainsi que la localisation dans Uriage, où vous ferez tout à pieds. "
