- Incredible apartment designed for continuous relaxation, ideal for families; the Jacarandas tower will allow you to enjoy the best sunsets and within the Punta Esmeralda Residential.
You will find 7 swimming pools, restaurant, gardens with playgrounds, 1 tennis courts, 2 pickleball , SPA, gym, palapas with fully equipped, subway parking for 1 car, private beach, funicular to access the beach, 24/7 security.
-Includes 50 Kwh of electricity for short stays (2 to 14 nights). The base rate per Kwh for this zone is $6.50 pesos. In case of exceeding the 50 Kwh of courtesy, a charge is made for electricity consumption.
In long stays (more than 14 nights) the consumption of electric energy is paid in full by the guest.

The entire condo was fresh and updated. We enjoyed the great ocean view from the patio and loved the close proximity to the pool.The location is a quick drive to La Cruz or Bucerias. In addition there is an exceptional restaurant on site at Punta Esmerelda.
