Magnificent villa with sea view
Very nice villa with sea view, completely renovated, in a quiet residential area and close to the beach of Sylvabelle (3 minutes by car).
You can enjoy a heated swimming pool of 8,65m x 3,60m surrounded by a nice terrace with several wooden deckchairs, but also a garden with trees and several terraces with garden furniture and a large table for your meals from where you can enjoy the view on the Mediterranean Sea.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and has wifi throughout the house.
The villa is in two parts:
- the main part consists of three large bedrooms, one of which has a sea view, a bathroom and a shower room, and a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room.
- The outbuilding of the villa consists of two bedrooms opening onto the pool terrace, a shower room and the laundry room.
A large car park completes this property and can hold 5 cars.
