Schmutziges Loch

Wir fanden ein komplett schmutziges Appartement vor, der Glastisch und die Küchenzeile waren mit einem Fettfilm überzogen, die Spülmaschine übersäht mit Fettspritzern, der Boden klebte, das Geschirr war mit Essensresten oder Rost verklebt, die Spülkammer der Waschmaschine wies Schimmel auf, ebenso befand sich Schimmel in den Fugen der Dusche und im Kühlschrank. Es roch muffig. Das Küchenzubehör ist z.T. defekt, es fehlten Bettdecken für die Kinder, die zusätzlich angemietete Bettwäsche war unvollständig. Beide Telefonnummern der Agentur waren trotz Geschäftszeit nicht sofort erreichbar. Nach dem Kauf von Reinigungsmitteln und Schwämmen und 2 Stunden Putzarbeit hatten wir die Wohnung in einem akzeptablen Zustand. Schade!

Super appartement, superbe localisation et magnifique région. Cependant nous n’avions ps de véhicule sur place. Dommage qu’il faille passer par cavalaire pour prendre les clefs cela rend l’accès tres compliqué.

Super location agréable calme et proche de toutes les commodités nous souhaitons revenir l'année prochaine. Juste un petit détail chaises et table de jardin inconfortable si nous sommes 4 nous ne pouvons pas manger en terrasse !

Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert und die beiden Klimaanlagen-Apparate sind sinnvoll platziert. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und hübsch gemacht. Die Betten sind bequem. Leider grosser Negativpunkt ist der Balkon. Zwei Personen können knapp draussen sitzen - unattraktiv und überhaupt nicht einladend gestaltet. Bei uns war die Wohnung leider nicht sauber geputzt und der Ablauf in der Dusche war verstopft. Kurzer Weg zum schönen Sandstrand und Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Restaurants.

Appartement refait à neuf, avec goût. Il est fonctionnel et agréable. La climatisation est appréciable. Bien situé. Avantage de pouvoir se garer près de la résidence afin d'éviter le parking payant. Petit bémol pour la terrasse qui est petite et qui aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement.

Appartement refait à neuf, agréable. Manque de couverts. Micro ondes à changer. Pas d'éclairage dans l'escalier extérieur. Le plus: Plage de gigaro, commerces et restaurants à 5 minutes à pieds. Un effort a faire pour le nettoyage compris dans la location.

La nostra vacanza a Gigaro plage ha pienamente soddisfatto le aspettative ,del resto è la sesta volta che scegliamo questo incantevole posto e soprattutto questa casa.Abbiamo apprezzato molto i cambiamenti strutturali fatti all’interno dell’ appartamento reso più funzionale e pratico.Se possiamo fare un appunto non capiamo per quale motivo sia stato appeso uno stendibiancheria sul balcone fronte strada terribile da vedersi e secondo noi inutile in quanto il terrazzo è coperto e ombreggiato.

Appartement bien agencé, un peu vieillot mais agreable. Dommage qu'il n'y ai pas de place de parking, pas tres genant pr nous a cette date mais certainement beaucoup plus en pleine saison.pas de connexion internet ou alors tres chere!!!!
