Attractive semi-detached house with 2 levels comprising a lounge, dining area and open-plan fitted kitchen, terrace with electric awning and gas hob, 2 bedrooms (one with double bed 160x200 and one with 2 single beds 80x200, both with wardrobes and balcony, 1 single bed 80x200 in mezzanine, bathroom and separate toilet.
Airco at the first floor. Numbered parking free space and Wi-Fi access included.
Access to the house after a good thirty steps.

In the private and closed domain of the "Mas de Gigaro" with guard, gates and cameras, collective pool from june to september (free for children under 7 years old, 10 € / pers. / week + 50 € deposit), 4 tennis courts (100 € deposit, 40 € / week).

Rental house hold linen : 20 € double bed, 10 € single bed, 8 € the set of 2 towels including bath mat and tea towels.



Situated about 400m from the swimming pool, 1.5 km from Gigaro beach with the start of the coastal path (pedestrian and mountain bike) and the marine path, its mini-market open from March to October, its restaurants with their feet in the water.
10mn from Ramatuelle, 15mn from l'Escalet, 20mn from the beaches of Pampelonne and 25mn from St-Tropez.

Huis is fijn en alles aanwezig, mooi uitzicht.Park komt wat verouderd over, gang van zaken omtrent toegang zwembad en tennisbaan nogal omslachtig en niet klantvriendelijk. Communicatie met park via app wel goed en persoonlijk.
