This corner farmhouse offers on 2 levels a lounge - dining room opening onto the terrace with lovely sea views, an open-plan kitchen with pantry; 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 1 with bunk beds as well as a single bed in an alcove, a bathroom with window, separate toilet with window.
Numbered parking space. Access to the farmhouse is down some fifteen steps.

Closed and secured domain "Mas de Gigaro" on 40ha with a common pool de juin à septembre (10 € / pers. / week + deposit 50 €; free for children under 7 years old), 4 tennis courts (deposit of 100 € then access for 40 € / week on reservation), a club house with free wi-fi access.

Rental house hold linen : 20 € double bed, 10 € single bed, 8 € the set of 2 towels including bath mat and tea towels.

The farmhouse is located 1.6km from the Gigaro beach with its sandy beaches, its coastal path and sea path, its restaurants and mini-market (bakery and international press area); from the Collebasse pass, Ramatuelle is 10mn away, the beaches of l'Escalet less than 15mn and those of Pampelonne 20mn away.

Große Mängel

Das Haus ist in einem sehr schlechten Zustand nach einem Wasserschaden (Rohrbruch) in der Küche. Es wurde keine Trocknung des Haus ausgeführt und es bestand eine starke Geruchsbelästigung durch den defekten Kühlschrank. Insgesamt ist das Haus stark Renovierungsbedürftig. Die Elektrik ist defekt oder gefährlich Steckdosen hängen aus der Wand.
