In a chalet with 3 apartments, built in 1974, "le Nant" neighborhood, quiet and beautiful view / private tennis court in the co-ownership in summer only / 700 m from the village / 250 m from the Nant and Bossonnet ski slopes. Access to the chalet by an exterior staircase of 20 steps

Bien placé mais mobilier vieillot et inadapté. A mieux mettre en valeur !
La proximité des pistes, la salle de bains et le garage, chauffage efficace, l'exposition plein sud.
Remplacer le lit armoire et les deux canapés jaunes encombrants par un seul clic-clac, supprimer la table basse. Que faire de tous ces meubles une fois le lit baissé ? On ne loue pas un garde-meuble !
Vieux frigo difficile à régler et trop proche du lit, prises électriques mal placées dans la cuisine (où brancher la bouilloire ?), manque de placard libre pour les vêtements dans le salon.
