"The chalet „Les Ancelles“ is beautifully located in les Confins 4 km away from the la Clusaz village, facing the moutain „la Balme“. The ski lifts of la Balme for alpine skiing and the exceptional nordic skiing domain of les Confins are both located about 3 to 5 mn away by car. The chalet itself, which has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 open kitchens/ living rooms is trally well equipped and nicely decorated. In addition, the owners and the housekeeper were very responsive to our inquiries...

"Emplacement du chalet et nombre de chambres Avoir des couettes plutôt que des couvertures pour tous les lits. Disposer du linge pré-commandé à l'arrivée au chalet plutôt que d'aller le chercher et le ramener au pressing. Ne pas oublier de transmettre le boitier wifi à l'arrivée. nous nous sommes rendus compte de cet oubli le samedi soir, trop tard car agence fermée... jusqu'au lundi, et impossible de venir le lundi."

"Bon sejour de 3 jours 2 nuits dans un joli chalet même si "dans son jus" et manque de quelques equipements plus récents.Nous avions de la place à 9 adultes et une belle tablee pour des moments conviviaux. Charles a adapté nos horaires darrivee et de depart. Les pistes sont à rejoindre en voiture ou en navette. "

"Chalet avec de l'espace, chaleureux grâce au bois et au chauffage au sol. Il pourrait y avoir quelques ustensiles de cuisine et une pelle pour le déneigement en plus mais dans l'ensemble tout s'est très bien passé."

"Great property with fantastic facilities. The swimming pool area was a hit with our kids, and the BBQ terrace was great for family meals. This was the second time we have stayed, and we hope to return."

"Great chalet, very well equipped with beautiful decoration. The views are amazing. You need to be a good skier to access ski-in ski-out, and walk about 5 minutes down the road to access the piste if there isn't enough snow. Cyril, the chalet manager, was very helpful. La Clusaz is a great resort and we really enjoyed our stay."

"The accommodation was great and exactly as described. The house is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac so you can relax in the garden. The sun is out most of the day. The hot tub was a highlight for us and we even had a brand new large parasol when we arrived. Communication with OVO-Network was faultless and Jean-Philippe, the manager who looks after the house, was very helpful and gave us all the important information. All in all, we were very satisfied."

"A beautiful, clean and well equipped apartment, which is much larger than the pictures suggest. It has lovely views, ample parking and outside space. The apartment is well located a short walk from the ski bus stop. We rented a ski locker in the Bossonett lift and got the bus each morning, which worked well. The apartment is excellent, so spacious and comfortable. We loved the sauna and hot tub. The owners are lovely welcoming people, so helpful. We highly recommend this apartment, we had a...

2/10 Terrible

"On check in told I had to pay for room as it wasn’t paid for. Paid again and then when checked back on bookings I had fully paid prior to arrival. I spoke to the lady on reception who asked me to come back in the morning for a refund as she was busy with a problem. Went back in the morning and provided her with receipts of both payments and she said she would get her superior to do it the next day. I have emailed and messaged through hotels.com and had no response. Shocking service for an error on their part. "
