"Spent 4 nights and 4 days this past week with my mother. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels around the world but I have never come across such friendly staff members anywhere else. Every single person from front desk to restaurant staff to staff around the resort had a smile on their faces and said hello every single time. Its little things like this that mattered and made the whole trip enjoyable for my mother and I. Thank you again. "

"Really lovely hotel with amazing staff and great facilities particularly for the children with an incredible kids pool and kids club. The buffet restaurant had a fantastic range of food with lots of well marked options for dietary requirements such as vegan. Gym was well equipped and there were some nice activities arranged. The evening shows were fantastic."

The complex has amazing, super kid-friendly amenities, making it perfect for families. The location is great too—not too touristy, with a supermarket and restaurants within walking distance. And the slow breakfast is delicious! Highly recommended."

Unfortunately, my wife and I were not overly impressed with a property condition, restaurants variety including table reservation system, lack of personal touch in terms of service, room location, limited options in terms of entertainment, level of prices. Having said that, location is perfect, front desk staff were very helpful. "

"In many ways a unique hotel with its over-the-water aspect, terraces and gangway down into the sea. While the usual melee for the buffet breakfast is best avoided its service runs to 10am with endless coffee. Definitely an improvement on previous stays with the room refurbs. Service as ever was excellent. "
