"This is a beautiful, elegant hotel with so much history, and the location right in the heart of La Croisette is hard to beat. We really enjoyed our stay overall, and there were definitely some standout experiences. The beach club was amazing and the staff were incredibly accommodating. The bartenders at Ciro’s were also so friendly, and John S. went out of his way to make sure we were happy. Housekeeping was excellent—very attentive, and the bed and linens were exceptional. Everything was kept fresh and beautifully maintained. There were a few areas that could use some attention. We tried twice to order at the pool bar/restaurant and waited over 15 minutes without even being acknowledged. We finally gave up and left to have drinks and lunch outside the hotel. It may have been understaffing, but it was frustrating. Also, during our five-day stay, only one of the two elevators was working. Overall, it’s still an amazing and elegant hotel, but with its reputation, we expected just a little more. It wouldn’t take much to make the experience truly exceptional. Also there's no rooftop bar. The photos on the misleading."

"The room was clean, and we didn’t interact with the staff much. The room itself was ok, the decor didn’t feel in line with the south of France… A/C wasn’t too good, it worked but needed to be on all the time to get any benefit, on the fastest setting it barely did anything but the room was temperate if left on all day. Paid my city tax on arrival and on exit, I was told I hadn’t paid… a good argument later he realised I wasn’t who I thought he was, didn’t believe I had paid my tax and wanted me to pay again. Sour end to a “good” hotel to be honest."

"Loved this hotel. Staff was so nice. The breakfast was delicious. The club area and rooftop patio were such comfortable place to sit. The location is perfect: next to the train station, 5-min. walk to the beach, close to shopping and restaurants. Happy hour was really nice. Room is small, but cute. Bed is so comfy."

"Wir, Andrea 60 und Rolf 63 waren vom 29.07.26 - 07.08 2026 9 Nächte in der Wohnung. Wir haben um diese Jahreszeit viel gechwitzt, aber die Unterbringung war sehr gut. Jeden Morgen wurden wir von den schönen, erfrischenden Bildern der Besitzerin begrüßt. Die Lage ist super. Auf dem Balkon mit Teilblick auf das Meer haben wir gefrühstückt und den Tag ausklingen lassen. Bushaltestelle fast direkt vor dem Haus. Wir haben Cannes erkundet, waren mit dem Schiff in St. Tropez, mit der Bahn in Monaco und mit dem Auto in Antibes. Es gibt viel schönes zu sehen. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns auch der ca. 1,5 km entfernte Strand Plage Bijou. Da lagen wir oft unter den Palmen im Gras. Ein Feuerwerk konnten wir auch anschauen. Das sind alles Gründe wieder zu kommen. Mit der Besitzerin standen wir über Whatsapp in Kontakt. Sie war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und sofort erreichbar. Einmal hatten wir uns ausgeschlossen. Da hat Sie sofort die Nachbarin kontaktiert, welche uns aufgeschlossen hat."

"This hotel was a great place to sleep - so quiet! And, so near the Cannes harbor. Each room has adjustable air conditioning. There is no elevator, if someone requires that. There aren’t many restaurants in the immediate area of the hotel, but walk a couple blocks toward the beach, and there are many from which to choose. There is a little shaded patio area that is great for morning coffee or breakfast. Would definitely stay here again!"
