Vista unit: 2.5 bedrooms, Close to the City/beach/airport/train station
Vista unit is a luxury 2.5 bedrooms unit over 150 square meters with huge front garden and located close to the city, airport, beach, train station, transport and amenities with two very green balconies. and can accommodate up 6 people (two Queen, one single bed and one sofa bed). Please do understand that its very family-oriented area and you cannot invite more people and the place isn’t designed to party all night. The House itself is located on a huge piece of land about 1500 square meters and contains three separate premises, a granny flat at front where I live, 2.5 bedrooms unit (Vista unit) and three bedrooms house (Bamboo House) at the back. All the three premises are very private with magnificent garden with many Varity of plant like Bamboos, hedges and gorgeous Pot plants. many items that you see in this place is very unique and you don’t see it anywhere else other places. Please read before you book: It’s a very safe neighbourhood. The driveway can fit 3 cars and there are plenty of free unlimited street parking always available. The checking in time is at 1 pm forward and check out at 10 am. However, you can leave your luggage in the laundry at any time for Please read before you book. It means that if you can leave you luggage at the laundry early morning and check in later. Or if you have a late flight, you can leave your luggage at the laundry, have a wander in Sydney and pick them up later. There are security cameras in front of the house only for safety reasons. It’s a great place very close to airport, Arncliffe train station and City. Also bear in mind that only the number of booked guests allowed to the premises, please do not invite extra people presuming that they are not staying overnight. Unfortunately, we had cases that they invited over 10 to 15 people extra, saying that they are not staying, then it ended up strangers coming in and out the house, walking through front and back garden the entire night until next morning and causing me and all the neighbours restless and stressful night. This is not acceptable. This is a very family-oriented neighbourhood, close to airport, Arncliffe train station and city CBD. Loud music or partying all night is not permitted. You are very welcome, if you have a gathering with your group of friends or family having a reunion or planning to go to concert together, but you cannot play loud music or inviting many extra people or walking in and out of the house the entire night until next morning. Please let us know prior booking about your plan.
This unit is a great place to relax with family and friends. I behalf of myself and other who contribute to facilitate you stay, I welcome you, to my house. The neighbourhood is extremely safe, multiculturally populated and family oriented. Please do not invite extra guests with the assumption that they are not staying overnight. We are animal lovers, and I adopted 5 stray cats. They are very friendly especially if you offer them food. You see them wandering around the garden and chasing one another. They do not enter inside the house, and you don’t need to worry about allergy. Please let us know prior to booking about your plan. The host had fantastic communication the whole time, was flexible with check in and overal very friendly. Had no issues at all with this stay, especially for a one nighter before the airport it was perfect.
Charming, Plant-Filled Home with Amazing Hospitality
We stayed at the Vista unit last weekend and absolutely loved it!The home was clean, full of beautiful plants, and felt so cozy with our decorations.It’s in a peaceful spot, yet very close to public transport.The owner was super nice, very responsive, and even gifted us a lovely bottle of wine.Highly recommend this place—we’d love to stay again!
Comfortable stay overnight with plenty of room for 4 adults and 1 child. Safe area and quiet. Pleasant outdoor seating on the balcony (with views) and a friendly host.
My son, daughter, son, in law hubby and myself stayed in the house for 3 days. We had a fabulous stay. We had plenty of seating and space and it felt very homely. I loved all the stain glass windows and a nice view from the dining room. We would definitely stay again, a little quirky but we loved that. The garden was lovely and the cats were very cute :)
We had a wonderful stay here! Enjoyed coffee in the morning and wine in the afternoons/evenings on the gorgeous garden terrace overlooking the beautiful garden. A short walk to the train station which we took to Sydney several times, even returning late to this safe neighborhood. So quiet compared to Sydney, but close enough.

I was just in Sydney for one night before heading to the Sunshine Coast. Looking for a pleasant and elegant self contained property so my sister and other family members could join before I journeyed onward. The beaches are close by and we were able to visit a dog beach for my sister’s little doggie who was along for the trip. We walked to a local ‘renowned’ kebab shop (Brothers Kebab) for takeaway dinner at the place. Owner prefers family and not suitable for party makers as it’s a quiet neighbourhood street. Also near tram/train to Central and of course, the airport. Recommended. There is another property on site for larger groups and quite amazing design.
We enjoyed our stay. Property manager was quick to reply to questions. Close to airport and transit. The only issue we had was that one of the bedrooms didn’t have a window to escape out of in case of fire. Only a skylight but all in all a good stay and would stay again😀
We had a lovely stay here. The location was great for our stopover between flights from NZ and back to the US. It was one stop on the bus (460) from the airport. It was also just a short walk down to the train so going downtown to Sydney was easy with an OPAL card. We only gave the location a 4 because there is a step entry into the residence and there could have been closer eateries (which is no fault of our host, just what it is.) If you have trouble dragging suitcases or climbing up stairs, it may be a little rough with mobility issues, but at 60 we managed just fine. The apartment has very nice architectural touches, including stained glass in the doors/windows.Thanks again for hosting us - we would definitely reccomend.
