"Beautiful hotel! Incredibly clean and smelled amazing as you walked in the front doors and throughout the hallways. The details of the decor and whole vibe of the hotel is elegant but relaxing. We appreciated the nice touches like kimono-style robes and slippers in the room, and extra toiletries (toothbrushes!) in the bathroom. We loved the pool and the fact that bottled waters and towels were provided on the pool deck. We ordered room service one morning and everything was delicious and delivered quickly. We will absolutely stay again and look for other Nobu hotels in cities we visit. "

"Claims of being a 5 star hotel are absurd. The toilet in our room did not work properly. Had to play around with the mechanism in the toilet tank to get it to flush. Do not order the breakfast pastries. They were stale at least a two days old. The rooms need updating, especially the bathrooms. If you enjoy standing in light rain storm, you’ll like the lousy shower. Parking, $62 day, WiFi is not complimentary. You can get free parking and WiFi at a holiday inn…"

"I am writing to formally report a service failure during my recent stay. Housekeeping services were requested multiple times (at least four occasions) but were not completed. This issue was escalated to the on-site manager, who acknowledged that the failure was the hotel’s fault and apologized; however, no resolution was provided due to the reservation being made through a third party. This experience fell significantly below the standards expected of your brand, particularly regarding basic room maintenance and responsiveness to guest requests. I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed and that appropriate compensation be considered and credited back to my original form of payment. I would appreciate a prompt response regarding the outcome of this review. Thank you for your attention to this matter."
