The apartment of 70m2 is located in the privileged urbanization Roques Daurades de l'Ametlla de Mar facing the sea only 2km from the town center, 45km from Port Aventura and 22km from Reus Airport. It is located on the third floor with an elevator and has a terrace with outdoor furniture and side views of the sea, in addition to a multitude of community spaces such as swimming pool for adults and children, paddle tennis and pickleball court, basketball court, children's playground and small supermarket. The two bedrooms have a double bed each, as well as a sofa bed for one extra guest in the living room. You will find a complete bathroom with a bath, equipped kitchen, QILIVE coffee machine compatible with Nespresso and Dolce Gusto type capsules, air conditioning in all rooms, heating, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, free parking and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment. At the check in you will be asked for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and the documentation. We don't accept groups under 25 years. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
